We recently decided to FINALLY paint our kitchen and Jackson took it upon himself to help tear off the wallpaper. We could not have done it with out him.

Books, Books

Jackson absolutely loves to look at his books. Here he is reading on the couch with Daddy and new Elmo book on his new Elmo chair ( his birthday present from Grandma and Grandpa Wieting)

My First Birthday

On Friday Mommy and Daddy threw me a party with a bunch of our friends from church. I was so excited when everyone sang to me and I LOVED eating that yummy cupcake! Thank you to everyone who made my birthday weekend so special.

On Saturday we had a family party at the zoo. It was so much fun! My favorite part was the monkeys and the fish.

Spaghetti Time

I got my first taste of spaghetti a couple nights ago. I loved it, or maybe I just loved getting messy. Either way, I cant wait to have it again!

My New Car

Mommy got me this car at a rummage sale. Right now I just sit on it because I haven't figured out how to scoot on it yet (its still fun though).

Best Buds

My good friend Jack Dallas came over last week so we could play together. He is just learning to stand so I showed him how to use my play bench. We had a great time!

VBS

All week I got to go in to church with my Dad and have fun with the rest of the inmates at VBS. Dad was in a country band that led all the songs and I just kind of bounced my head around while they played.

My week up North

Last week Daddy took some time off work and we went up North. We spent a few days at my auntie Carissa's house and a few days at Grandpa and Grandma Wietings. Since it was so nice outside I got to camp out in the camper with Mommy and Daddy. We had a great time with everyone. I loved playing with my cousins, I don't get to see them much but boy did we have a good time!
